For vault owners

Built for the way you already work.

Most vaults run on WhatsApp, a spreadsheet, and the owner's memory. That works right up until a client asks for a car you cannot put your hands on that week. The request sits in a thread, forty messages land on top of it by Friday, and when they follow up there is nothing to tell them. Three weeks later they have bought it somewhere else, and you hear about it from somebody else.

QuikCars is the layer underneath that catches what falls on the floor. Nothing about how you work has to change.

01

Stock

Your inventory, presented the way the cars deserve, seen only by people you invited.

02

Sourcing

Every request in one place with a status your client can actually see. They stop asking. You stop forgetting.

03

Runs and events

Free or ticketed, with an attendee list that exists and a waitlist when it fills.

04

The store

Merch that sells itself with card payment, instead of a DM and an EFT screenshot.

05

The bay

Detailing booked online, in real slots, with double-booking impossible rather than merely unlikely.

06

Only what you use

Turn on the parts you run. A vault that does not sell merch never sees a shop.

If you store cars, that is the word on your door and it belongs here too. Every movement books like anything else: the drop off, the collection, the wash before an owner comes for it, transport in and out. And the car sits against that owner's record with everything that has been done to it, which is the part currently kept in a book or in somebody's head.

The same goes for anything else you run. Wraps, PPF, tyre fitment and collection book into the diary. Parts and wheels sell in the store as readily as apparel. A track day or a private viewing fills like any other run. If you already do it, it fits, and there is nothing to build.

What it costs

There is nothing to pay.

No setup fee. No monthly. No minimum. No charge for loading your stock. Everything QuikCars takes is a percentage of a deal that already closed, which means it has to make you money before it makes any. A quiet quarter costs you nothing, because there is nothing to take a percentage of.

There are terms to accept when you join, the same as anywhere, but no minimum term and no notice period.

The founding vault pays half of those percentages for the first twelve months, in exchange for shaping what gets built next.

Talk to us

One founding vault, not a customer list.

If that sounds like you, tell me about your vault. I will show you the thing running rather than send a deck, and if it is not for you that is a completely fine answer.

Would rather answer a few questions about your vault first? The founding vault questionnaire takes three minutes and tells me more than this form does.
